ACE can do engineering services to clients either by doing the engineering in ACE’s premises or by offering engineers to be seated in clients’ office. ACE will only engage experienced engineers/technicians for such activities while training young engineers/technicians for upcoming services. ES includes preparation of basic specifications, block diagrams, data sheets, layouts, hookups, logics and P&ID assistances.

ACE can do procurement services on behalf of the client by preparing Specifications, data sheets, identifying various reputed vendors for specific items, preparing vendor specific information, vendor / subcontractor negotiations and until finalizing the order. ACE is capable of recommending and negotiating with international vendors of repute and also find local agents for services and local sub-contractors for installation works.

ACE can do expediting works on behalf of the client, such as vendor follow-ups, meetings, factory visits, documentation checks, approvals etc. Post order follow-ups including expediting manufacturing schedule, document preparation and compliance to client specifications.

ACE can do inspection works by dispatching ACE’s experienced engineers on behalf of the client to vendor factory within Taiwan and also worldwide, carry out inspection of ordered items during and after manufacture, check documentation, perform FAT, approve and release the items for dispatch and also perform packaging and shipping inspections in compliance to client’s specifications.

ACE can identify local installation subcontractors, negotiate and finalize the order on behalf of the client. ACE also can depute experienced engineers for site supervision on continuous or part time basis. Such site supervisors will be qualified, experienced, safety and quality conscious personnel.

ACE can depute experienced engineers for pre-commissioning supervision and assistance (calibration checks, periodic tests, loop checks, logic checks) and also assist/participate in commissioning activities by helping the process and machinery engineers to complete satisfaction including quality related paper works. Such start-up personnel will be qualified, experienced, safety and quality conscious personnel.

ACE can depute engineers and managers as required, to support clients by acting as project management consultants or as a supervision company on project sites to check onsite engineering, construction, quality control etc.

ACE can depute experienced engineers to a project to do project completion services for a turnkey contractor by helping the contractor to demobilize the bulk of personnel and hence reduce manpower costs while ACE’s deputed engineer will take care of project completion by attending to and signing off all punch points related to all disciplines.
